POLICY AND RULES

General

  • Online reservation is required for all classes.

  • Please arrive on time. Late arrivals will not be accommodated. Clients must arrive 10 min prior to the start of the class. 

  • Please check-in at the front desk before starting your class.  

  • No food or gum in the studio.

  • Please keep your voice down at all times.

  • Grip socks are mandatory for participation in all reformer classes.

  • Please do not lean on the glass wall in the hallway or the mirrors in the classrooms.

  • Please bring your own mat. For sanitary reasons we don’t have mats available to share with clients.

  • Notify your instructor of any medical considerations including past and present injuries, pregnancy or medication that might require exercise modifications before the start of class. 

  • We are not responsible for personal property that is lost, stolen or damaged.

  • We have a minimum quorum per class. If 2-3 hours prior to start the class there are less than the quorum, IS Pilates reserves the right to cancel the class.  You would be notified and class will be credited immediately.

  • For business promotional purposes, we will occasionally be taking photos and/or videos. If you do not want to participate in these promotions, please let us know and advise the front desk.

New Clients

  • If you are new to the studio you are required to fill and sign our “New Client Form”. This is REQUIRED as we need to know you better and in there you can provide us with your contact info and any condition you may have in order for us to assist you better during our classes.

  • Reformer Workout- If you are new to Reformer you will need to purchase Private or Semi-Privates or register into the Essential Reformer Classes Package . This is REQUIRED for all new clients. In these sessions we will introduce you to the basics and also evaluate your fitness level to make sure you are able to integrate safely into our group classes. If you have taken Reformer classes before you are welcomed to book any of our scheduled sessions.  

Payment Policy

  • You can pay via ATH Movil, PayPal, Venmo, Personal Check or use any major credit cards (ATH debit card, Visa & MasterCard). Our policy is not to accept CASH but if you do want to pay with CASH we will need to receive the exact amount of the payment for the class package or drop-in.

  • All packages and drop-in sales are final, non-refundable, but they can be transferable. 

  • Group class packages and gift cards have expiration dates. These are final and will not be extended under any circumstance. Please review before purchasing. NO exceptions will be made.

  • No refunds under any circumstance.

  • When looking into our class schedule, you can register for 1 class as a drop-in. In order for us to secure your spot in the class, we will need to receive your payment not less than 8 hours before the start of the class. 

Class Cancellation Policy

For all classes, you must cancel online at least 12-hours in advance of the class you cannot attend to avoid any penalty. When you Late Cancel (i.e. canceling online less than 12-hours in advance of the class you cannot attend) one class credit is deducted, no additional fee applies; when you No Show (i.e. failing to show up for any reserved class and failing to cancel Online), one class credit is deducted.

Class Waitlist Policy 

  • If you put yourself on our waiting list, the system will automatically send you a notification when a spot opens up. If you want the spot you need to confirm it in your profile or call us to book. The system will not add you automatically. 

  • If plans happen or something comes up or you do not want to be in class, take yourself off the waitlist.

  • Once you are added to the class from the waitlist standard cancellation policies apply.  

Prenatal Policy 

  • We don’t accept new clients that are pregnant on our group sessions. Private sessions are available for new clients that are pregnant until client is evaluated and the go ahead for group classes is given by the Instructor.

  • Current clients may receive instructor approval for group sessions. Pregnant clients will not be allowed in POWER REFORMER or JUMP-BOARD or BOUNCE group classes.
